I had a great experience at Waylands Reading because the sales person was very knowledgeable and friendly. I didn’t feel pushed into buying more but still purchased most of the packages available. He kept me informed and answered my question over e mail once I purchased the car before collection. Charlie is an asset to Waylands Volvo Reading. The site was clean and felt well kept. My car was beautiful inside and out. I am so pleased with my purchase.

The experience at Waylands Reading was good because the staff are polite and attentive. I felt they made a real effort to help. Everything went smoothly; I was listened to and all my questions were answered satisfactorily. They even delivered my car to my house near Bristol. It's just a shame they are so far away.
